- Plant something and keep it alive
- Count your blessings - think of at least five - at the end of each day
- Have an hour-long, uninterrupted conversation with your partner each week
- Telephone a friend - tell her how important she is to you
- Give yourself a regular treat - (i.e. bubble bath with candles, soft music)
- Have a good belly laugh every day
- Take regular exercise
- Smile at strangers, or talk to them
- Cut your TV viewing by half
- Perform an act of kindness every day

This is a good list. I like the belly laugh idea. I've been looking for a good use for my belly!
