Politically Correct

Danielle at "Negro Bill Canyon"

Near Moab, Utah, there is a two mile canyon named "Negro Bill Canyon". We camped on the Colorado River, across from the canyon in order to hike it the next day. We couldn't believe its name was so politically incorrect! Neither could another visitor who had penned "African-American William Wash" above the original name on the sign.

Regardless of the name, it is a glorious hike to the "Morning Glory" natural bridge at the top.
